Our vision
sosBurma is a non-profit organization working to create a country where people of all backgrounds can live in peace and harmony with dignity and security.
Our mission
- To collect financial and in-kind donations from individuals and organizations around the world to support the civilians who are internally displaced, voluntarily discontinued their jobs under the military regime in Burma, and those who are forced to leave their home and currently living as refugees along the border with neighboring countries.
- To provide guidelines and know-how to internal organizations in their efforts to rebuild livelihood, schools, hospitals/clinics and basic infrastructure for villages and towns that were destroyed by the military
- To raise awareness of current dire situation under military junta in Burma
